These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Hubbard Dianetics Foundation of The Valley services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The Hubbard Dianetics Foundation of The Valley may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize The Hubbard Dianetics Foundation of The Valley to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the The Hubbard Dianetics Foundation of The Valley. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

Minors Prohibited: Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to use our Services, register for events, opt in to SMS notifications, or submit any personal information through our website or forms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor under 18, we will delete such information promptly.
Parental/Guardian Note: While Dianetics and introductory lectures may be suitable for younger individuals with parental involvement in other contexts, our specific events, online reservations, and SMS program are designed for adult participants only.
